There are a few reasons this might happen:
- Your yuu ID is not linked to your Suntec+ App
- You have not uploaded your receipt to your Suntec+ App. Therefore, points have not been credited into your Suntec+ account. Ensure that your receipt follows the Suntec+ Terms & Conditions.
