When the relevant yuu Partner processes your refund, the Points relating to that purchase will automatically be deducted from your yuu Account.
For example:
You’ve made a refund on a $10 purchase from 7-Eleven and paid using the DBS yuu Card.
Here is how your transaction history will look like, please see the illustration below. You’ll see separate refunded lines by different yuu Partners.
*Please take note it is possible that refunded transactions can be made on different days depending on Partners’ processing time.
