There are a few reasons this might happen:

- Please wait to check back your Points balance and transactions a little later, as Points can take up to 14 days to show in your Account.
- You made a purchase on a yuu Partner online store, but did not enter your yuu ID number for verification at the point of checkout.
- Points will only be awarded to your yuu Account once the online purchase is confirmed and shipped, so please wait until you get confirmation before checking your Points balance.
- Terms and Conditions vary for each yuu Partner. Terms and Conditions might include:
- Date limitations: your purchase may have been made outside the eligible period for that offer.
- Purchase restrictions: you may not have purchased the specific product/category/quantity you needed to buy for the offer to apply.
- DFI Group: Points not available for certain items: you may have purchased items not eligible for Points which include money-based items like mobile top-ups, or gift cards, or items such as tobacco or plastic bags, statutory services and products, DFI Retail Group vouchers (The Choice vouchers), magazines, infant milk formula products and selected food items. Purchases at Changi Airport stores, Guardian in Giant stores.
- foodpanda: The following orders/transactions are excluded from earning yuu Points:
- Dine-in payment orders
- pandago orders
- Top-ups on pandapay wallet
- pandapro subscriptions
- any discounts and vouchers applied, delivery fee, platform fee and other fees, and rider tips
- Gojek: The following orders/transactions are excluded from earning yuu Points:
- Tolls
- Rideshield
- Voucher pack purchases
- Any fees for cancellation or waiting, or tips
- DBS: Points will not be awarded for the transactions:
- Bill payments
- Payments to educational institutions;
- Payments to financial institutions
- Payments to government institutions and services (court cases, fines, bail and bonds, tax payment, postal services, parking lots and garages, intra-government purchases and any other government services not classified here);
- Payments to hospitals;
- Payments to insurance companies (sales, underwriting, and premiums);
- Payments to non-profit organisations;
- Payments to professional service providers (including but not limited to accounting, auditing, bookkeeping services, advertising services, funeral service and legal services and attorneys;
- Payments to utility bill companies;
- Any top-ups or payment of funds to payment service providers, prepaid cards and any prepaid accounts (including EZ-Link, NETS FlashPay, Transit Link, Razer Pay and ShopeePay);
- Any betting transactions (including Levy Payments to Local Casinos, Lottery Tickets, Casino Gaming Chips, Off-track Betting and Wagers);
- Any transactions related to crypto currencies;
- Any transactions with transaction description “AMAZE” (with effect from 1 June 2022);
- Instalment payment plan purchases, preferred payment plans, balance transfer, fund transfer, cash advances, annual fees, interest, late payment charges, all fees charged by DBS, miscellaneous charges imposed by DBS (unless otherwise stated in writing by DBS); and
- Any other transactions determined by DBS from time to time.
