If the Reward used is a coupon & item Reward, the Reward will be returned to the yuu App only if the purchase was voided with no payment made. The reinstated reward will be reflected back in your App, please go to “Me > “My Rewards”.
No returns will be accepted if payment was already made for the voided transaction.
If the Reward used is a cash voucher (either from yuu App or other 3rd-party brands), on the transaction no returns will be accepted if the purchase was voided. Please refer to the cash voucher Terms & Conditions.
