- You returned a product to the partner or cancelled a service;
- You didn’t click through to the store using yuu App before your purchase, we won’t be able to track your order and earn yuu Points;
- Your order was made less than 48 hours, tracking typically takes about 5 days to be processed and reflected in your yuu App;
- A transaction was completed via the partner’s mobile App from the links designated by yuu;
- You used the other promotional offers provided by the partner(s);
- There may be a pop-up ad / ad-blocking software or add-on on your mobile that affects tracking.
- Your payment failed or did not meet the requirements of a partner(s) (if applicable);
- Your purchase did not satisfy the partner’s terms and conditions.
