There are various reasons why this can happen:
- You did not allow yuu to track your in-game activity. If you are an iOS user, go to Privacy & Security > Tracking in your device’s settings to check if you have allowed yuu to track your activity. If you are an Android user, go to your device’s Apps > Special app access > Usage access settings to check if you have granted yuu usage access.
- You did not download the game from the yuu Arcade. Check the “My games” section in the yuu Arcade to confirm whether you have downloaded the game from the yuu Arcade. Games that you have downloaded from the yuu Arcade will appear in that section.
- There is a delay in the awarding of yuu Points. Points crediting usually takes no more than 15 to 30 mins from the time you completed a milestone but may at times take up to 14 days.
