You may check whether you have been awarded the Bonus Points in “Transactions”. On the yuu App, go to “Me” > “Transactions”. Base and Bonus Points are usually awarded right after you have scanned your ID and made payment but may at times take up to 14 days to be awarded.
Please also note that Base Points and Bonus Points from spending on your PAssion POSB Debit Card/DBS yuu Card may take up to 14 days to be awarded. The Points awarded may not be posted in chronological order.
